Welcome to SellingRiverside.com! My name is Scott Gieser and I’m a REALTOR, right here in Riverside. I’ve been a resident of Riverside since 1985. I love this place. It’s been great to live here and raise my family in a great city like this.

I’ve been in the Real Estate industry now for over 15 years. Selling Riverside, Corona, Moreno Valley, Colton, Grand Terrace, Rancho Cucamonga and all of the Inland Empire. I truly love my career. Helping buyers and sellers with, quite possibly the biggest asset of their life. I love communication and finding common ground with my clients. So this business is great for me.

I’m a tech savvy Realtor, so I use my iPad and other gizmos to make the buying and selling process a breeze. But I also like the old school ways too. You might see me driving around town in my 1955 Chevy Pickup. I have my name and “REALTOR” painted on the door. I refer to myself as the Hot Rod Realtor. My tag line is “Old Fashioned Values, Hot Rod Fast Service”…that fits my personality to a tee.

This site is not managed by an out of town agency. This is me. You can email me at scott@sellingriverside.com and I will reply at my earliest convenience. You can also call or text my cell, 951.531.3621.

Please fell free to search the MLS on this site. You will find that it is a robust search engine that will help you in your search for a home, or give you info if you’re just curious about the housing market.

I was desperate to sell my 2nd home after the housing collapse. Not only did Scott sell it fast but he made us a profit!

—Ryan and Heather

All I can say add that we refer Scott all the time. Im over the top impressed with his eagerness, education and honesty when it comes to buying or selling.

—James and Erica

When it was time to put our home on the market, Scott worked hard for us and got several bids the first weekend! Scott took care of all the complicated stuff and made the experience really easy for us!

—Larry and Jeri

From what I know and have seen, Scott is very reputable and well established in the real estate market. I'd love nothing more than to one day win his business. You can't go wrong with Scott Gieser!

—Josh Olsen, Sunset One Escrow

I have referred him to other friends, family, and neighbors. Now, not only do we own a beautiful home, we have become life long friends with Scott and his wife... If you want to sell or buy, call Scotty G, he's your guy! Tell him I sent you!
